Hello! I'm Ramona, the heart and hands behind Izaya, and I'm so happy you're here!

I'm a mum of two beautiful daughters, a creative soul, and someone who has always dreamed of turning her love for making things into a business.

Like many mums, my days are filled with family life, endless to-do lists, and a little bit of chaos. But somewhere between school runs, family meals, and everyday responsibilities, I find time to do something that makes me truly happy - creating beautiful things with my own hands.

How it all started

My love for handmade creations began over a decade ago with jewellery making. I was fascinated by the idea of turning simple materials into something beautiful, meaningful, and unique.

For years, the dream of having my own creative business stayed in the back of my mind. Life happened, priorities changed, and becoming a mum brought a whole new chapter.

But the passion for creating never went away.

What started with handmade jewellery has now grown into something more. I discovered a love for sewing, experimenting with fabrics, choosing beautiful patterns, and turning them into practical accessories that people can enjoy every day.

And that's how Izaya began evolving into the handmade brand it is today.

What you'll find at Izaya

At Izaya, I create handmade bags, makeup pouches, fabric accessories, and jewellery, with a focus on beautiful designs, practical details, and thoughtful craftsmanship.

I love the idea that something handmade can be both useful and special. A bag you reach for every day, a little pouch that keeps your essentials organised, or a thoughtful gift that makes someone smile.

Each sewn piece is made by me, from choosing the fabrics and cutting the patterns to sewing the final stitches.

I don't want to create just another product. I want to make something that you'll genuinely enjoy owning, using, or gifting.

A small business, a big dream

Izaya is more than just a shop to me.

It's a dream I'm building around family life, one product, one idea, and one small step at a time.

I'm still learning, experimenting, and discovering where this creative journey will take me. And that's one of the things I love most about it - there is always something new to create.
